Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of felineStudio.

2. Service scope

felineStudio provides software tools for cattery management, including records, planning, communication workflows, and exports.

2a. Pro subscription and payment

felineStudio offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

Pricing and billing: The Pro subscription currently costs €7.00 per month. Payments are processed by creem.io. creem.io's terms of service apply to payment transactions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account is automatically downgraded to the free tier.

Price changes: We will give reasonable notice of price changes. Changes take effect from the next renewal period following notice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure.

4. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and accept these Terms.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • lawful use of the service,
  • lawful data entry and processing in your workspace,
  • maintaining your own legal notices and lawful basis where required.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-compromising activities.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, security controls, and technical architecture. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

10. Governing law

Applicable law: German law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date are shown above.
